Adrienne Raquel is a photographer & creative director working between New York and Los Angeles. Her work is rooted in femininity, bold color, and a distinct point of view that grounds her imagery with sensuality, strength, and intention. Adrienne creates images that are cinematic, intimate, and immediately recognizable for their rich tones and vibrant palettes.

Her photography has been featured in notable exhibitions including The New Black Vanguard at Aperture Foundation, Shattered Glass at Jeffrey Deitch in Miami, Mickalene Thomas’ Better Nights at The Bass, and CHROMOTHERAPIA at Villa Medici in Rome.

In 2021, Adrienne debuted her first solo exhibition, ONYX, at Fotografiska New York. Photographed throughout 2020, the series documents the athleticism, artistry, and sisterhood of exotic dancers at one of Houston’s most iconic nightclubs. Through ONYX, Adrienne redefines performance through portraiture that honors the women who command the stage—reframing how their stories are seen with dignity, beauty, and authority.

Adrienne Raquel is represented worldwide by SN37.
